Architectural Review
The Board of Directors of Bentwood Park Homes Association reminds you that before you make any exterior modification to your home or property, you need to submit an architectural control application to the Architectural Review Committee.
Many homeowners in Bentwood begin thinking about projects to improve the appearance and value of properties. Projects such as decks, fences, roofs, paint/siding repair, gutters, major landscaping, basketball goals, etc are welcomed investments in our community. In order to ensure compliance standards that are contained within our restrictions, these type of projects require approval.
Architectural review is required for exterior changes to your home, such as room additions, re-roofing, fencing, or exterior color changes. The process is quick and easy.
Roofing Materials
Many residents have inquired as to what type of roofs are allowed in Bentwood. While you still need to submit an application (Arch Form), shake shingle roofs are prevalent throughout the community.
